Right to Refuse Service

1. Projects may be declined at the discretion of the service provider.

 

Payment Method

2. 50% of the total cost must be made and received before the artist begins and the other 50% after the sketch is complete. Project will not be completed if complete payment is not made. All payments are made via PayPal.

 

Client rights to artwork

3. All rights required by the client must be clearly stated. Clients are not allowed to resell rights to artwork unless negotiated otherwise.

 

Project Updates

4. Updates will be provided at main stages and when requested by client.

 

Project Deadline

5. Clients are expected to provide a clear and reasonable deadline.

 

Artists rights

6. Unless negotiated otherwise by the client, the artist reserves the right to display and promote all work.

7. Unless negotiated otherwise by the client, cannot claim ownership, edit or profit from the artwork.

 

Commercial

8. Commercial projects are subject to additional terms and a contract.

 

Cancellations

9. If the artist is unable to complete the artwork for personal reasons, the full cost will be refunded.

10. If the client cancels mid project, there may be a partial refund based on the stage of the project

11. If the client is unable to pay by the agreed upon deadline(with 14 day grace period), the project may be cancelled, no refund will be applicable and the artist will keep all rights to artwork.
